PETER SZEKELY | BSc, MSc Psychology
Meet Peter
I grew up in a relatively small Hungarian city and moved to London at nineteen to study.
I studied psychology at King’s College London in its broadest sense. How we think, feel, develop and relate. At the London School of Economics, I went deeper into how we are shaped by the systems, groups and environments that we chose (or rather, did not choose).
After graduation, I moved back to my hometown and did psychological support work to help people integrate into new professional settings. It was close, practical work and it stayed with me. I learnt to read the room as much as the person.
Then, I spent over five years in management consulting across Budapest, Amsterdam and Munich. These years became another kind of psychological education. Seeing how capable people think, decide and often lose trust in themselves under pressure. This experience gave me another mental toolkit.
Regrounded grew out of these worlds. Academic psychology, high-pressure work situations and my personal experience of slowly building a life that fits.
I now offer 1:1 psychological consultations for those trying to understand where they are, what has changed and what needs to come next.
Mostly based out of Munich, available worldwide.
